Introduction
The detrimental effects of the winner’s curse are becoming well-recognized in Genome-Wide Association Studies. Br2 implements a bootstrap based bias reduction method, to correct for the effects of Winner's curse in association studies.
To obtain and run br2, download a version suitable for your computer platform. br2 runs on most major platforms (Linux, MacOS, Windows). It is developed in C++ and the source code is freely available in the download page.
