1. The first piece of Chapter zero (about conditional versus unconditional regression, and Reliability) is posted. Please read it and do Exercises 0.2.1 nummbers 2, 3, 4 and 6.
2. Read Section A.5 in Appendix A (Large Sample Theory) up through A.5.2 on Consistency. This is not considered review, though some of it may be. Do Exercises A.5.2 numbers 1-5.
