What information should my proposal contain?
Your name and student number.
Date of the proposal.
Project title: A snappy title that describes your project.
Who is your collaborator?
What are your primary questions?
Data collection: how will the data be collected? If you have data available then you might consider adding some sample code and data, although this is not necessary.
Exploratory Data Analysis: how will you explore the data? How will this exploration help you answer your questions? You might consider adding some shell tables or describe the types of graphs that you will produce.
Modelling: describe any formal statistical models that you might use to answer your questions.
